Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders ar sent by post. Please see our Postal Charges page for details.
We pack our products in plain packaging designed to fit through a standard letter box. This practical approach ensures delivery even if you are not at home. Depending on the size of your order your package may be split to ensure postal delivery, however for larger orders we may post in a standard plain box. You may wish to leave specific delivery instructions when placing an order, for example ‘leave behind gate if not at home etc’. We obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items dispatched, in the event of any loss arrising from a lost or delayed package we cannot be held responsible. If such an event occurs we will on your behalf initiate a Royal Mail compensation claim, this can only be initiated after 15 days have elapsed from the date of posting. Depending on the out come of this claim we will reiburse you accordingly. For all international orders we recommend a ‘Signed for Service’ and should a loss or delay occur we will again initiate a Royal Mail compensation claim. For UK orders you have the option to purchase a ‘Recorded Signed For Service’ this requires a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1.00 pm the same working day. Occasionally this may take longer therefore we state a dispatch time of up to 3 working days. International orders are generally received between 5-10 working days. Please allow 3 working days for hamper deliveries, this is due to the weight of item, also we prepare and pack the fresh vegetables to order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Tax Charges for Orders. Since our products are food items, these are zero rated this applies to countries in the EU. For international orders please check with your customs and excise department for any additional costs that may be incurred, we can not be held responsible for these.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We pack our products on the same day they are blended in foil ensuring maximum freshness. All of our products may contain traces of nuts. Most of our products are Gluten free and are suitable for people with coeliac disease. The only products which contain gluten are Naan Bread Mix and the ready cooked Naan/Chapattis.

Returns Policy We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee on all of our products. Simply return the products back to us and we will reimburse you in full upon receipt of the goods. You will however be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error). You may be asked to provide a Certificate of Posting for any returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
